Standards and prohibited activities to ensure safe, reliable API operations.
We never use your API request data (Prompt / Completion) for AI model training or machine learning.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform for:
• Cybercrime & Illegal Acts: Malware development, ransomware, phishing, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized network intrusion, or facilitating illegal operations;
• Infringement & Harmful Content: Exploitation of minors, non-consensual content, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or deceptive impersonation and deepfakes;
• Restricted Jurisdiction Access: Accessing, registering, or routing traffic from Mainland China or restricted jurisdictions through masked geolocation or deceptive credentials;
• Platform & Resource Abuse: DDoS/DoS attacks, deliberate concurrency hoarding, bypassing rate limits, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale of platform credentials.
2. Enforcement & Account Suspension
If abusive, infringing, or unlawful activity is detected, Ainfix reserves the right to immediately block requests, revoke API keys, and terminate account access.
Accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violations of this Policy are strictly ineligible for refunds of any remaining balances.
