We never use your API request data (Prompt / Completion) for AI model training or machine learning.
1. Pricing & Calculation
Ainfix uses pure Pay-As-You-Go pricing with no recurring subscriptions or hidden platform fees.
Formula: `Cost = (Input Tokens * Input Price + Output Tokens * Output Price) * Model Ratio`. Real-time rates are published on our Models Catalog.
2. Top-Ups & Bonus Credits
Account balance is credited immediately upon successful payment in the Console.
Promotional bonus credits and coupons can only be used to offset API consumption on Ainfix and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
3. Refund Eligibility & SLA
• Eligible: Full refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase if the top-up balance is completely unused (zero API consumption).
• Ineligible: Consumed token usage, promotional bonus credits, charges from leaked API keys, or balances of accounts terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy violations are non-refundable.
• How to Apply: Please email our support team with your account and transaction details. Requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted.
