By accessing or using the Ainfix API platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We never use your API request data (Prompt / Completion) for AI model training or machine learning.
1. Overview & Geographic Restrictions
Ainfix provides a unified API routing and infrastructure gateway for AI language models.
The Platform handles request dispatching, load balancing, and usage metering. We do not own, train, or host third-party models. All AI outputs are generated directly by their respective providers.
[Geographic Restrictions]: Ainfix does not offer or provide services to individuals, entities, or IP addresses located within Mainland China or any sanctioned jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in or operating from any restricted territory.
2. Account & API Key Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account credentials and safeguarding your API keys.
You are fully liable for all API requests and charges incurred under your API keys. If a key is compromised, revoke or regenerate it immediately in your Console.
3. Metering & Billing
Ainfix operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model. Charges are deducted from your balance in real time based on actual token usage and model rates.
If your account balance is depleted, API requests will be paused until topped up. See our Refund & Billing Policy for full details.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use the services for unlawful acts, infrastructure attacks, privacy violations, or harmful content generation. Violations will result in immediate suspension.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI model outputs are generated probabilistically by upstream providers; you are solely responsible for evaluating their accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ainfix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
