How we collect, handle, and protect your data across our API infrastructure.
We never use your API request data (Prompt / Completion) for AI model training or machine learning.
1. Zero Model Training Commitment
[Our Promise]: We NEVER use your API prompts, completions, or payloads to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.
API payloads are processed strictly in-memory for real-time routing and token metering, and are not persistently stored.
2. Information We Collect
• Account Data: Your email address, username, and public profile data authorized via OAuth (e.g., GitHub).
• Usage Metadata: Request timestamps, model names, token counts, client IP, and HTTP status codes (for billing and diagnostics).
• Billing Records: Top-up amounts and payment transaction IDs. Sensitive payment credentials are handled directly by payment gateways.
4. Security & Data Retention
All communication is secured via HTTPS encryption. Passwords and credentials are encrypted and stored securely.
Account data is retained while your account remains active. Usage logs are retained on a rolling basis for billing audit. You may request account deletion at any time.
